Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Opti Flex Therapeutics, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess each patient's physical capabilities and limitations after injuries, surgeries, or other conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic techniques, including exercises, hands-on therapy, modalities, and adaptive equipment.
• Implement treatment methods to alleviate pain and enhance mobility, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Document treatment sessions with precision, tracking patient responses, progress, and any modifications to care strategies.
• Provide ongoing education to patients and their families regarding physical therapy procedures, self-management techniques, and the use of assistive devices.
