Work Environment

As a physical therapist in our outpatient clinic, you will work onsite in a modern, patient-centered facility equipped with the latest technology and therapeutic tools. Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to patients by developing individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Maintain a manageable caseload, allowing ample time for hands-on treatment and patient interaction to foster trust and rapport.
• Apply advanced orthopedic techniques, ensuring interventions are effective and tailored to improve motion, strength, and recovery times.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to promote non-surgical solutions that minimize medication reliance.
• Create and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs that include strength training, flexibility exercises, and functional movements.
• Document patient progress accurately using EMR systems, ensuring all records are up to date and reflect treatment efficacy.
• Regularly assess and refine treatment plans based on patient feedback and clinical outcomes.
• Provide education and motivate patients on their journey to recovery while offering guidance on injury prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers, to ensure holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. You will work with individuals ranging from athletes to seniors seeking rehabilitation to restore mobility and strength. Your expertise in tailored physical therapy will be instrumental in helping them return to their preferred activities and improve their functional independence.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• Possession of an active and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• No history of sanctions or disciplinary actions associated with your professional license.
• Strong proficiency in a variety of manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities.
• Experience in developing and leading effective exercise programs tailored to individual patients.
• Familiarity with EMR software, particularly Web PT, for precise and efficient documentation.
• An up-to-date knowledge base of physical therapy practices and developments backed by current research.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases and deliver high-quality care to diverse patient populations.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
