Mental Health America (MHA) is seeking a dynamic, visionary, and results-driven Senior Vice President of Fundraising and Development to serve as our senior revenue-growth leader. This is an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished frontline fundraiser to expand MHA’s national philanthropic presence and help secure the resources needed to advance mental health and well-being nationwide. The SVP will lead a comprehensive fundraising and business development strategy spanning: Major and transformational giving Institutional philanthropy and government funding Corporate partnerships and sponsorships Individual and planned giving Cause marketing and national campaigns This is a highly external role for a relationship builder and proven closer. The SVP will personally cultivate, solicit, negotiate, and secure significant investments while building a strong and sustainable national funding pipeline. Working closely with MHA’s CEO, executive team, Board of Directors, and program leaders, the SVP will translate our mission, impact, and vision into compelling opportunities for philanthropic investment.
