Work Environment\n

This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while still being a crucial part of our dedicated team. You will engage with clients across New Jersey through telehealth, utilizing video conferencing and secure communication platforms to deliver therapy. Our office operates Monday through Saturday, providing flexibility for you to craft your schedule and work between 10 to 40 hours per week as needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, couples, families, and groups to establish a mental health baseline and determine appropriate treatment paths.

• Perform initial patient assessments, triaging care based on individual psychosocial needs, and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams during case meetings.

• Provide evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other clinical modalities, tailored to meet each client’s unique goals and challenges.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with departmental standards and facilitating communication across the care team.

• Lead case management activities for assigned clients by coordinating services and referrals with community organizations and healthcare providers, optimizing continuity of care.

• Engage regularly with team members during patient rounds to discuss case updates and collaboratively adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will come from diverse backgrounds, featuring individuals, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will encompass developing individualized treatment plans that are culturally sensitive and responsive to the specific needs of each client, ultimately supporting their journey toward mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid New Jersey license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in conducting assessments and facilitating therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
