Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately identify client needs, developing effective and personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities to foster personal growth and emotional well-being.

• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and monitor their progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, making mental health services accessible while accommodating clients' transportation or mobility challenges.

• Maintain precise documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans to comply with ethical standards and facilitate quality care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve supporting a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey empathy and understanding.

Compensation and Benefits\n
