Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs and challenges, ensuring accurate clinical diagnoses are formulated.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to promote growth and recovery.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to address unique client concerns and goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health crises, utilizing de-escalation methods and supportive communication.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

• Engage in active collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care, sharing insights and updates when necessary.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs within the mental health system.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
