This role is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home. You will primarily conduct sessions via our Simple Practice platform, which supports secure video conferencing and messaging. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform initial assessments and re-evaluations to establish clients' mental health needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the therapeutic goals of the client.

• Provide virtual psychotherapy sessions catering to the needs of diverse individuals, couples, and family groups.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities suited to the client’s situation.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client sessions and progress through Simple Practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Telehealth Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a varied client demographic including adolescents, adults, and couples. Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Clinician (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent).

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.

• Proven skills in treatment planning and providing mental health counseling.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the mental health field is required, candidates with prior experience in remote or telehealth settings will find that their skills are particularly valued in our organization. Experience working with diverse populations will also be a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
