Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will primarily work with individuals and families navigating various mental health challenges. Our patient population includes children, adolescents, and adults dealing with issues such as relationship conflict, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and grief. The ideal therapist will be skilled at approaching therapy through a systemic lens, providing support that accounts for the relational dynamics at play in families.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Texas.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience within an outpatient mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary package ranging from $80,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience and credentials. In addition to salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and professional development allowances.
