Position Title: Operations Administrative Specialist / Development & Compliance Specialist
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months+ Contract
Job Summary
Seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented administrative professional to provide operational and administrative support to the Community Health & Records Services Division. The role requires managing multiple priorities, coordinating projects, maintaining records, supporting compliance activities, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to division leadership
- Coordinate projects, meetings, and departmental activities
- Maintain records, documentation, and inventory tracking
- Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence
- Perform data entry and maintain databases
- Support process improvement and compliance initiatives
- Manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications effectively
- Travel between Maricopa County clinic locations as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of administrative or clerical experience
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with:
- Microsoft Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Teams
- Web-based applications
- Data entry and inventory management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft SharePoint experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
