Licensed Outpatient Physical Therapist - Full-Time Position

Supremacy Body & Pain Center is currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Licensed Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Cape Coral, Florida. This role is ideal for an experienced physical therapist who is passionate about providing high-quality care and promoting patient recovery in an outpatient setting. Work Environment

As part of our outpatient team, you will work in a state-of-the-art facility designed for efficiency and comfort. Our work hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. The clinic is well-equipped with modern rehabilitation equipment and technology, promoting effective treatment strategies while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care.

Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive patient evaluations, including reviewing medical history and performing specific assessments to identify functional limitations.
• Developing personalized treatment plans informed by evaluation findings and patient goals, ensuring alignment with healthcare best practices.
• Implementing and modifying treatment protocols to adapt to patient needs and progress, requiring keen observation and analytical skills.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care and rehabilitation.
• Documenting patient interactions and care plans accurately and timely in the electronic health record system, which is crucial for tracking treatment efficacy and progress.
• Managing discharge planning and follow-up care with a focus on continuity of care and patient education.
• Participating in team meetings to discuss patient cases and overall facility initiatives aimed at improving access to care.
• Maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations while completing ongoing training and certifications relevant to physical therapy practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve patients experiencing orthopedic issues, chronic pain conditions, and functional limitations. Our diverse clientele ranges from post-operative patients to those suffering from sports injuries and age-related functional decline. By addressing each patient's specific needs, you will play a crucial role in enhancing their quality of life through effective rehabilitation strategies.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from a fully accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist granted by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy, demonstrating competence in various treatment techniques.
• Current CPR certification to ensure emergency preparedness and patient safety.

Preferred Experience

While the aforementioned qualifications are required, candidates with additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques (such as manual therapy or sports rehabilitation), or those with experience in multidisciplinary environments will be viewed favorably.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers competitive annual compensation ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
