Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic counseling sessions to clients via telehealth platforms, accommodating their scheduling needs.

• Utilize evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to support patient goals.

• Engage in regular clinical documentation and maintain compliance with all ethical guidelines and state regulations.

• Lead optional support groups to foster community support and shared experiences among clients.

• Encourage patients to explore various community recovery programs, including Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and SMART Recovery.

• Partner with the Content Manager to produce “Expert Insights” on relevant topics to facilitate community engagement.

• Take part in optional monthly peer group sessions to enhance professional development and share best practices.

• Reduce administrative workload by leveraging our in-house team for billing and scheduling, allowing you to concentrate on patient treatment.

Qualifications\n
