1. Process receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
2. Perform day-to-day financial transactions (e.g., verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording data)
3. Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits
4. Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger
5. Investigate discrepancies and resolve client billing issues
6. Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
7. Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
8. All other duties as assigned

What you'll need:

• Tenacious approach to daily work and the grit to see it through
• Proven ability to interact professionally and authentically with clients and candidates at all skill levels
• Roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
• Exceptional organization and time management skills
• Proficiency in data entry and solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collections regulations
