Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify and evaluate the emotional and behavioral needs of students.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on the unique strengths and requirements of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual counseling, group therapy, and family intervention.

• Collaborate closely with educational staff, parents, and other healthcare providers to create a cohesive support system for students.

• Advocate for students' rights and facilitate access to necessary community resources and support services.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatment outcomes, and progress through a secure electronic health record system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and social-emotional difficulties. You will also support their families, teaching them how to effectively manage challenges and advocate for their child’s emotional needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, particularly with children and adolescents.

• Expertise in conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments and creating tailored treatment plans.

• Proven ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with diverse populations, including students, families, and educational staff.

• A strong commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical clinical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a school-based setting or familiarity with the challenges faced by students in educational environments will be considered a significant asset. Additionally, previous experience in collaborative work with interdisciplinary teams is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , tailored to your experience and caseload.
