Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Center Field Counseling LLC, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand client needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that align with best practices and therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Providing individualized psychotherapy sessions to clients, utilizing techniques that promote healing and recovery.
\n
• Collaborating effectively with psychiatrists, case managers, and peer support specialists to ensure comprehensive client care.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and ethical guidelines.
\n
• Participating in team case consultations and engaging in ongoing clinical training to enhance therapeutic skills.

• Supporting clients through significant transitions, crises, and milestones, offering guidance and assurance throughout their therapeutic journey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
