Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health and emotional status through detailed interviews and structured evaluation tools.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that meet each client's unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, to facilitate healing and growth.

• Monitor client progress using established metrics and adapt treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, utilizing de-escalation techniques and therapeutic support for clients facing acute distress.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with compliance standards and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adult individuals suffering from various mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and emotional regulation challenges. Your insights will not only contribute to individual healing but also foster stronger family dynamics through family therapy sessions as needed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• Strong clinical assessment abilities and expertise in diagnostics.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and establish trust.

Preferred Experience\n
