Business Development Manager South East

At Palladium Hotel Group , we are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our commercial strategy across the South East territory , strengthening relationships with travel partners while expanding our presence in the market. Main Responsibilities Develop and execute the annual territory business development plan aligned with commercial objectives. Build, manage, and grow relationships with travel agencies, consortia, host agencies, tour operators, OTAs, and other strategic partners. Identify and develop new business opportunities while maximizing existing accounts. Deliver sales presentations, product training sessions, business reviews, and partner meetings. Organize and host FAM trips, trade shows, educational events, webinars, and networking activities. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities. Analyze sales performance and develop action plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets. Manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and account activity through Salesforce CRM. Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, and Operations to execute commercial initiatives. Represent Palladium Hotel Group at industry events and strengthen brand awareness across the territory. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the travel industry. Strong knowledge of the U.S. leisure travel market, preferably within the all-inclusive resort sector. Proven experience developing travel agency accounts and achieving sales targets. Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office. Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic territory plans. Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 80%). Valid driver's license.
