Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform in-depth assessments of clients to identify the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety.

• Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs, leveraging evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Utilize therapeutic interventions to support clients in processing experiences, developing coping strategies, and enhancing emotional regulation.

• Monitor and document clients' progress and response to treatment, adjusting plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, coping mechanisms, and self-care strategies to empower them on their journey towards mental wellness.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other health care providers to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to mental health care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in team meetings and case consultations to enhance clinical competencies and share best practices.

Qualifications\n
