Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments for new clients to understand their mental health needs, personal history, and therapeutic goals.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances and preferences of each client.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other tailored approaches.

• Monitor and document client progress toward established therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to enhance outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face geographical, physical, or emotional barriers to in-person visits.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records following legal and ethical guidelines to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Rethink Counseling, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes adults, adolescents, and families dealing with a variety of mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license, such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
