Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client based on comprehensive assessments.

• Conduct detailed client evaluations, incorporating metrics and outcomes to effectively gauge progress over time.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing various methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, linking clients with additional support services as needed.

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation as required by relevant regulations and ethical standards, ensuring all notes reflect client interactions transparently.

• Commit to continuous professional development by engaging with up-to-date research and best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges, including stress management, relationship issues, and substance use concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Professional Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of New Jersey.

• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements in line with clinical practice guidelines.

• Minimum of one year of experience providing counseling services, particularly with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Previous experience in assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention, including individual and group therapy settings.

• Proficiency in computer usage and competency in digital documentation systems; basic keyboarding skills are required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
