Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to ascertain their mental health needs.

• Implement and provide clinical social work and counseling interventions appropriate for a diverse client base.

• Document assessments, treatment plans, and patient progress accurately and ethically in compliance with department standards.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to assist clients in achieving their individualized service goals.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources, ensuring a comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Provide case management services by engaging with clients' families, fostering communication that supports their therapeutic experience.

• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings including patient rounds to discuss treatment plans and ensure cohesive care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidates will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, adolescents, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Candidates must hold a valid license as one of the following: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.

• A Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred.

• We are looking for individuals who can commit to up to 40 hours of clinical work each week.

Compensation and Benefits\n
