Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual counseling and therapy sessions, utilizing both virtual and in-person approaches, to address the specific needs of clients.

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, develop and implement customized treatment plans, and document progress in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Offer ongoing support and care to clients diagnosed with mental health conditions or those struggling with substance use disorders, utilizing evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case conferences, contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment.

• Manage a diverse case load, ensuring timely follow-ups and adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on client progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver comprehensive behavioral health services.

Qualifications\n
