Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Registered Nurse for a Medical Surgical Telemetry opportunity in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Position Overview

Join a collaborative 34-bed Medical Surgical Telemetry unit. Build advanced clinical skills while caring for a diverse patient population. Excellent pathway into Intermediate Care (Imc), Icu, and future specialty nursing roles. Supported by experienced leadership, Cnas, and Unit Secretaries. Nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:5 to 1:6.

Compensation

Base Salary: $67,000 - $85,000. $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (2-Year Commitment). Shift Differentials Available.

Schedule

Full-Time. Medical Surgical Telemetry Unit.

Role

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Administer medications and treatments. Monitor patient conditions and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care. Promote quality outcomes and patient safety.
