In this crucial role, you will provide comprehensive clinical services to individuals, guided by the oversight of a Mental Health Coordinator, Clinical Supervisor, or Mental Health Director. Your primary responsibilities will involve conducting assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and delivering evidenced-based psychotherapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and interviews for new clients to evaluate their mental health status and determine appropriate treatment interventions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, ensuring alignment with each client's unique needs and preferences.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, or other tailored approaches.

• Prepare and maintain up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, closing summaries, and transfer records, to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Provide mental health consultations and training for clinic staff, enhancing their understanding of client care and strengthening overall service delivery.

• Coordinate and manage specialized services within the Behavioral Health Department, leading initiatives aimed at expanding community mental health resources.

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required, with current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• A minimum of two years of experience in crisis management and mental health services is essential.
