Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for:

• Complying with state practice acts and regulations by understanding the legal frameworks governing physical therapy practices.
• Conducting comprehensive patient evaluations, including reviewing medical history, assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans that address functional limitations and disabilities.
• Implementing treatment protocols based on assessment findings, ensuring that each session is aligned with the patients' evolving needs.
• Monitoring patient progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans while consulting with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate holistic care.
• Documenting patient care activities accurately and promptly, including evaluations, encounter notes, progress summaries, and discharge plans, fostering clear communication within the care team.
• Participating actively in facility meetings and training sessions, contributing to ongoing improvements and compliance with corporate standards and regulations.

Qualifications
