Work Environment

This role is based onsite at our well-equipped rehabilitation facility, where the focus is on outpatient orthopedic care. Operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, providing a stable work schedule that empowers our staff to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Hype Motion Physical Therapy, you will:

• Adhere to state practice acts, ensuring compliance with the laws governing physical therapy practices.
• Skillfully assess, evaluate, and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to patients experiencing functional limitations and disabilities.
• Conduct thorough evaluations that include reviewing pertinent medical histories, performing necessary assessments, and documenting results for ongoing patient care.
• Implement individualized treatment protocols based on evaluation findings while adapting care to meet the changing needs of patients and the healthcare environment.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, recognizing the need for modifications to treatment plans as patient conditions evolve.
• Ensure thorough discharge planning and follow-up care is conducted in a timely manner, maintaining adequate documentation for all patient encounters, including evaluations and progress notes.
• Complete all required training as per corporate and clinical services and uphold compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Continuously evaluate, treat, and coordinate care for patients requiring physical therapy, clearly documenting their medical necessity.
• Engage in team meetings and contribute to initiatives that enhance patient accessibility and care efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The PT role primarily involves working with clients who have orthopedic conditions requiring rehabilitation post-injury, surgery, or chronic pain management. Our diverse patient population varies from athletes recovering from sports injuries to elderly individuals aiming to maintain mobility and independence. Our team is committed to personalized care that empowers patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license as a Physical Therapist from the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of experience specializing in outpatient orthopedic therapy.
• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety and compliance.

Preferred Experience

While the requirement is two years of outpatient orthopedic experience, candidates with experience in sports rehabilitation, geriatric care, or manual therapy techniques will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and a strong understanding of rehabilitation metrics is also preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, supplemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
