Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise regimens, stretching techniques, hands-on therapy, and advanced equipment, to alleviate pain and promote mobility.
• Document patient treatments and progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with state regulations and maintaining accurate health records.
• Regularly reassess and modify treatment plans to align with evolving patient goals, maintaining adaptive care tailored to individual needs.
• Assist patients with the selection and fitting of assistive devices to facilitate independence in daily activities.
• Engage with patients, caregivers, and families to provide training on physical therapy procedures and the proper use of assistive modalities.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy by attending workshops, reviewing relevant literature, and participating in professional organizations.
