Work Environment

The position is based onsite, allowing for hands-on interaction with patients in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility. You will work a standard schedule from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, providing consistency and structure for both your workload and your life outside of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized physical therapy to each patient, adapting interventions to align with their specific health goals.
• Manage a balanced patient caseload, ensuring ample time and attention is provided to each individual to promote effective recovery.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic rehab to employ cost-effective and non-surgical treatment modalities.
• Create and implement comprehensive care plans that integrate a variety of physical therapy techniques.
• Encourage a proactive approach by emphasizing fitness and wellness programs tailored to each patient's needs.
• Motivate and support patients, fostering their confidence throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Continuously assess patient progress and adapt treatment plans based on their responses to therapy.
• Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, specifically Web PT, for accurate documentation and efficient communication.

Qualifications

• Mastery of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
