Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient conditions and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Implement evidence-based interventions, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans in accordance with the latest clinical findings and patient feedback.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and significant others to ensure continuity of care and optimal recovery outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and billing submissions in compliance with applicable laws and professional standards.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans, exercises, and self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and community outreach programs to enhance our service offerings and foster community relationships.
• Engage in professional development through attending workshops, in-services, and training sessions to refine your clinical skills and stay current with best practices.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Preferred Experience

We value candidates with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in a physical therapy setting. Familiarity with home health therapy and a solid foundation in evidence-based practice will set you apart. Experience in mentoring support staff or conducting community outreach is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Mindful Physical Therapy offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience.
