This full-time position is onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Immokalee, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical abilities and limitations through comprehensive assessments.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that focus on therapeutic goals aimed at enhancing patients' physical functionality.
• Administer varied treatment techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities tailored to individual patient needs, including injury recovery strategies and mobility enhancement.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately to track developments and treatment efficacy.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on the treatment process and provide training on using assistive devices when necessary.
• Regularly reevaluate treatment goals and modify plans based on patients' progress and feedback.
• Engage with multidisciplinary health teams to coordinate patient care effectively.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and techniques in physical therapy by attending workshops and engaging with professional societies.

Serenity Physical Therapist serves a varied clientele, including individuals recovering from orthopedic events, neurological disorders, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions. We cater to patients of all ages, from children to seniors, ensuring that each therapy plan is customized to address their unique circumstances and goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current and valid State License in Physical Therapy to practice in Florida.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities to facilitate effective patient interaction.
• Proficient in using electronic health records and general computer applications.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
