Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients including comprehensive history reviews and various assessments to determine optimal treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Effectively communicate evaluation results and treatment strategies to both patients and their families, fostering collaboration in goal-setting and care continuity.
• Implement and adjust treatment protocols based on patient evaluations and progress, integrating best practices and evolving healthcare methodologies.
• Cooperate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic care, documenting any changes in patient conditions that may necessitate adjustments in treatment plans.
• Perform all required documentation accurately and promptly, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries that reflect the patient's journey and response to therapy.
• Manage time effectively to meet productivity expectations while maintaining a positive patient experience, attending scheduled meetings punctually.
• Engage in department initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and comply with all applicable healthcare regulations to uphold our commitment to quality care.
• Pursue ongoing education and training to enhance professional skills, mentoring students and fellow staff in best practices.
• Contribute to marketing efforts within the community, representing Archway PT through participation in outreach activities to raise awareness of our services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
