Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement tailored treatment programs for patients referred to you by physicians.
• Deliver high-quality care through direct interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education focused on injury prevention and recovery.
• Maintain clear, thorough documentation of patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in our electronic health record system.
• Engage effectively with patients and their caregivers, ensuring understanding of treatment plans and encouraging active participation in their recovery process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to optimize patient outcomes and enhance overall service delivery.
• Meet established utilization goals, helping the center achieve its business objectives while delivering outstanding patient care.
• Contribute to community outreach initiatives to promote health and wellness, showcasing the vital role of physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Caring Physique, you will treat a diverse patient population, including individuals with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related conditions. Each day, you will have the opportunity to assess and address a variety of complex cases, thus enriching your professional experience and skills. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy in Florida.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a relevant physical therapy setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and basic computer skills for effective documentation and data management.
• A strong commitment to establishing meaningful relationships with patients to help them exceed their functional goals and improve their quality of life.
• A genuine desire to connect with others and positively impact their rehabilitation journey.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient setting is highly preferred.
• Prior exposure to a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care.
• Specialized certification in areas such as Sports Therapy, Pediatric Therapy, or Hand Therapy may be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience, alongside comprehensive benefits. These include health and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan with profit-sharing options, paid time off (PTO) encompassing an employee illness bank (EIB), and reimbursement for local and national professional dues and license renewals.
