Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise regimens, manual therapy, and mobility enhancements, to address patients' pain and improve their physical function.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, documenting all treatments, responses, and changes in condition as required by best practice protocols.
• Instruct patients and their families on exercises and the proper use of assistive devices to enhance their ability to perform daily activities.
• Regularly reassess treatment goals, making adjustments as necessary to ensure continual progress towards optimal health outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Home Care Physical Therapist will work with a diverse patient population, including both children and adults. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a valid state licensure to practice.

Compensation and Benefits
