Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans that consider each patient's unique goals and needs.
• Manage a balanced caseload, ensuring that each patient receives focused, individualized attention during their sessions.
• Leverage your orthopedic expertise to implement effective outpatient care strategies based on your extensive experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Employ cost-effective interventions to enhance patients' mobility, reducing the reliance on surgical and pharmacological solutions.
• Craft and execute tailored fitness and wellness programs designed to address specific rehabilitation goals and promote sustainable health improvements.
• Motivate patients by providing continuous encouragement and emotional support throughout their recovery process, fostering their commitment to treatment.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) software, such as WebPT, for accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress notes.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare providers to ensure all aspects of patient health are addressed holistically.
• Continuously assess the effectiveness of treatment approaches, modifying plans based on patient feedback and progress.
• Document all services accurately to facilitate comprehensive patient records and enhance overall quality of care.

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population seeking rehabilitation for orthopedic injuries, chronic pain conditions, post-surgical recovery, and other movement-related challenges. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.

• Strong capability in designing and implementing effective exercise programs that foster patient recovery.
• Experience with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting, particularly with a focus on sports medicine or rehabilitation, is preferred. Candidates with advanced certifications or specialization in manual therapy or specific rehabilitation techniques will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 100,000 and 120,000, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
