Key Responsibilities

• Examine and evaluate patients to determine functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence and best practices.
• Implement treatment interventions while continuously assessing patient progress, making necessary adjustments to the treatment plan for optimal outcomes.
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment protocols, home exercise routines, and overall health management.
• Document assessments, treatment sessions, and discharge notes accurately within the required timeframes, adhering to all regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team, including physicians and nursing staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective communication regarding treatment plans.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote wellness and healthy living, elevating the visibility of our services within the community.
• Maintain a drug-free workplace and comply with prescribed vaccination policies to safeguard the health of other staff and patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
