Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, develop accurate clinical diagnoses, and create comprehensive treatment plans that reflect evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, drawing from an array of applicable therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, ensuring that interventions are personalized to meet client goals.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health episodes, employing skills to stabilize and guide them toward appropriate resources.

• Maintain precise and confidential client documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in strict accordance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to facilitate integrated care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, while advocating for clients' needs and rights in an empathetic manner.

• Pursue ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in mental health therapy through workshops, training, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
