Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, concerns, and treatment goals during initial consultations.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions to help clients navigate relationship dynamics and improve communication skills.

• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear objectives, interventions, and measurable outcomes tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services and emotional support for clients facing urgent mental health challenges, employing techniques that ensure immediate safety and stabilization.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, helping them understand coping strategies and available community resources.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment notes, and progress tracking, in accordance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Adhere to established ethical guidelines and legal requirements to ensure client confidentiality and informed consent in all aspects of counseling practice.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, dependent on experience and skill level.
