Regular business hours are maintained from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, ensuring that our team provides prompt and dedicated support to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough clinical assessments to understand the individual needs of clients and create customized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other appropriate methods tailored to client needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA compliance.

• Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance treatment effectiveness and client care.

• Participate in case consultations and peer reviews to continually improve service delivery and therapeutic outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment possibilities, and resources available in the community.

• Stay abreast of the latest industry research and advancements in mental health to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license to practice mental health therapy as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
