Work Environment

Our state-of-the-art outpatient office in Ashburn is designed to foster a comfortable atmosphere for both patients and staff. Physical Therapists work directly with patients in well-equipped treatment areas featuring the latest rehabilitation technologies. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Swift Peace, you will:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, determine functional limits, and assess physical disabilities, with clear goals for rehabilitation.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on physician referrals and patient evaluations, utilizing various therapeutic techniques.
• Document patient details, treatment procedures, and responses using both automated systems and professional jargon to maintain a detailed and concise record.
• Maintain oversight of Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and support personnel in delivering high-quality care and supervision of day-to-day activities.
• Regularly interact with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to coordinate patient care efforts effectively.
• Engage with patients to provide education on therapeutic exercises, self-care strategies, and techniques to enhance recovery.
