Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Wellness Wisdom Therapy Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of students and families, thereby identifying appropriate treatment plans tailored to each individual's circumstances.
• Delivering psychotherapy services utilizing various evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your approach to the specific needs and preferences of your clients.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards to safeguard client confidentiality.
• Collaboratively working with an interdisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists and psychologists, to discuss cases and develop holistic treatment strategies.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the overall quality of care, share insights, and learn from your colleagues.
• Providing education and resources to patients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources that can positively impact their lives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse range of students within the school system who present with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license to practice in California.

Compensation and Benefits
