Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their unique mental health needs and challenges.
• Design and implement personalized care plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods to support client growth and recovery.
• Keep meticulous clinical documentation that reflects treatment progress while adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, medical staff, and community resources to ensure holistic care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele encompasses individuals from various backgrounds dealing with an array of mental health concerns. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and a valid California LCSW license.
• At least two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating the ability to manage diverse caseloads effectively.

• A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, demonstrating independence in client management.

Compensation and Benefits
