Position Overview

Dynamic Care Psychotherapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team of healthcare professionals. This full-time position is based at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Jersey City, New Jersey, where you will play a critical role in helping patients regain their mobility and improve their physical health. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Dynamic Care Psychotherapy, your daily activities will include:

• Conducting thorough consultations with patients to assess their physical conditions and symptoms.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunctions by applying clinical knowledge and identifying individual patient needs.
• Developing personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations to address the unique goals of each patient.
• Instructing patients on therapeutic exercise techniques and ensuring they are performed safely and effectively.
• Utilizing manual therapy techniques such as massage and stimulation to facilitate healing and enhance rehabilitation.
• Assisting patients with mobility aids, such as wheelchairs or walkers, to promote independence and confidence.
• Maintaining accurate patient records, tracking progress towards goals, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Providing guidance to patients and families regarding in-home exercises and treatment options to support continued recovery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with word processing and computer skills to manage patient records.

Preferred Experience
