Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, focusing on the development of coping strategies, emotional intelligence, and resilience.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans and discharge strategies for each client on your caseload, assessing their progress regularly.

• Coordinate necessary treatment services and resources by collaborating with external stakeholders, including family members and referral sources, while ensuring consistent communication.

• Engage actively in Quality Improvement initiatives, contributing insights to enhance clinical practices and service delivery.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through in-service training, staff supervision meetings, and team collaboration efforts to continually refine skills and knowledge.

• Maintain meticulous client records that comply with licensing standards, ensuring that documentation is thorough and up-to-date.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will primarily be individuals and families dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (such as MA Clinical Psych, MA Clinical Social Work, or MA Counseling) is required.

• A valid mental health license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in mental health counseling is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
