Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children and teens facing a variety of mental health challenges. This includes providing support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will actively foster a safe and nurturing therapeutic environment to help empower young individuals to overcome their challenges and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure in the State of California (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW).

• Minimum of three years of experience in outpatient mental health counseling, with a focus on child and adolescent populations.

• Strong operational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration among peers and other healthcare professionals.

• Firm understanding of clinical boundaries and ethical practices.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 120,000 and USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
