Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse client base, including students grappling with academic pressures, individuals facing life transitions, and those seeking assistance with mental health conditions or substance use disorders. You will cultivate meaningful relationships, allowing you to tailor your approach to meet the specific needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

  A minimum of 3 years of direct experience working in the mental health field.

  Valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

  A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

  Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

  Demonstrated ability to build strong, therapeutic relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a school-based therapeutic setting is highly desirable, as is familiarity with evidence-based treatment practices and trauma-informed care. Proficiency in therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) would be an advantage.
