Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and detailed assessments to effectively identify clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches, ensuring that therapy methods are both effective and relatable to clients.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and utilize community resources to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, integrating various support systems into their treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, to ensure continuity of care and compliance with all regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
