Work Environment

Located in the scenic Alpine community, our rehabilitation center offers an onsite work setting that highlights comfort and efficiency. As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will work within a collaborative team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists and rehabilitation aides, all committed to creating a positive and productive patient experience. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a balanced work schedule that respects personal time.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess physical limitations and establish individualized treatment plans tailored to their rehabilitation goals.
• Implement hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, to alleviate pain and restore functionality.
• Guide patients through rehabilitation exercises aimed at strengthening and improving mobility in alignment with their specific recovery objectives.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as needed to optimize outcomes, ensuring a responsive approach to evolving patient needs.
• Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications to promote ongoing wellness and health maintenance.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans using electronic medical record (EMR) systems like WebPT, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• An active New Jersey Physical Therapy license in good standing.

• Proficiency in using EMR systems, such as WebPT, for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Advanced certifications in specialized rehabilitation techniques or methodologies are highly regarded.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced outpatient setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
