Business Development Representative

Are you passionate about building relationships and helping people find financial solutions? Interior Federal Credit Union is seeking a motivated and service-driven Business Development Representative for a full-time opportunity . In this role, you'll proactively contact members, identify financial needs, recommend Credit Union products and services, and help strengthen member relationships. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to members and identify opportunities to provide financial solutions. Recommend and explain Credit Union products and services based on member needs. Open new accounts, process membership applications, and originate consumer loans. Build strong member relationships through exceptional service and communication. Participate in business development activities, community events, and referral-building efforts. Ensure compliance with Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulations. Qualifications Education: Associates degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Experience: One to three years of sales, business development, banking, credit union, or related customer service experience. Skills: Strong communication, sales, relationship-building, problem-solving, and organizational skills with proficiency in standard office technology. Why Join Us?
