Lifetime View Counseling, LLC is on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor, including Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to provide remote counseling services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and relational challenges.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans, ensuring alignment with their specific goals, personal histories, and cultural considerations.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support to clients in acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and safety plans to ensure their well-being.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and state guidelines, ensuring a seamless workflow and coordinated care.

• Engage in regular interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and implement comprehensive support solutions tailored to individual needs.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices and incorporate new knowledge into therapeutic approaches, thereby enhancing client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse clientele across various demographics, including children, adolescents, families, and adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges. As a counselor, you will conduct sessions for clients from various socioeconomic backgrounds, emphasizing culturally sensitive and affirming care that respects each individual's unique context and heritage.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required; a master’s degree or higher is preferred.

• Current licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Oregon; candidates who are in the process of obtaining licensure will be considered.

• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience providing therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, supported by documented professional development.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients from varying backgrounds and circumstances.

• Commitment to cultural competence in mental health care delivery, ensuring inclusive and respectful interactions.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, which facilitate effective collaboration with clients and team members.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as well as a desire to contribute to a multidisciplinary team approach.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience utilizing digital platforms and telehealth tools for remote counseling, enhancing accessibility and client engagement.

• Previous experience in crisis intervention settings or emergency mental health services is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
