We're a fast-growing SaaS company and looking for motivated and hard-working Business Development Representatives (BDR)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop target prospect lists and execute cold outreach via email, phone, and/or social media
• Qualify prospects based on their current business challenges and needs
• Schedule demos and discovery calls for our Account Executive team
• Use sales development automation (e.g. Reply, Close) to manage your prospecting campaigns
• Meet or exceed qualified lead/demos quota every month
• Experiment, test, analyze and improve your prospecting and qualification tactics. Strive to continuously improve your sales development process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market by actively listening to needs of prospects

Job Requirements

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and highly organized
• Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Close)
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Prior lead generation and/or sales prospecting experience
