Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the unique social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients, ensuring personalized service plans.

• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Develop, implement, and monitor client service plans that align with their individualized goals, adapting approaches as circumstances evolve.

• Act as a strong advocate for clients, both in the therapeutic setting and within the larger community, to enhance access to vital resources and promote social justice.

• Engage in program development activities, including evaluating current services and contributing to grant reporting and proposals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
